Real change takes time to build. This is the package for families who are ready to do the work.

Six sessions gives us the space to do this properly. We start with a full intake. Sharon listens, maps the whole picture, and sets the targets. Then we work through it systematically. One area at a time. Building a system, implementing it in real life, and refining it until it holds.

By the end, you have not just strategies. You have a family that works differently. With more ease, more understanding, and more capacity for everyone in it.

What you get:

  • 6 x 50-minute private sessions via Zoom with Sharon Collon
  • Session 1 is a dedicated intake where Sharon listens, maps the picture, and sets the targets
  • A tailored approach built entirely around your family's specific needs
  • Time to build across multiple areas of family life
  • Practical, ADHD-informed systems installed and refined until they hold
  • Ongoing adjustment between sessions so we do not move on until it is working
  • Scheduled on Sharon's private Tuesday and Wednesday calendar
  • $185 saving on the individual session rate

Once your package is purchased, you will receive a link to schedule your sessions directly with Sharon. Sessions are available on Tuesdays and Wednesdays.

What People Are Saying:

Sharon truly cares and brings such rich practical strategies, stories and skills to the families and communities she supports. She not only lives and breathes what she teaches, but is genuinely one of the most experienced ADHD coaches I’ve come across. She’s been in the trenches herself and brings extensive lived experience from raising her own beautiful family, alongside coaching thousands of others navigating ADHD and neurodivergence. What stands out most is her deep understanding of the many challenges, highs and lows that come with parenting neurodivergent kids, teens and adults. Her insight, compassion and real-world experience help you feel truly seen, heard and understood — without judgement. I feel so lucky to have found her.

I’m on my 2nd round of parental coaching with Sharon and I’ll probably go a 3rd 😉. Sharon listens, I mean actually listens! When I ramble on about my wins since the previous session or not so great times and what I need help with, she watches my body language and then she says “ok, so what I’m hearing is…..and I feel like that’s affecting you in this way……..” and she’s so damn spot on! Not only does she give advice to help me help my kids, she helps me with everyday life too! AND she doesn’t just give standard advice, she’ll ask me what I think about a particular suggestion, then we brain storm it. If I don’t think that will work, she always has something else up her sleeve. I truely value Sharon and her service. Currently I feel like I’d be lost without it. I’m not great with having time or the energy to watch webinars or read fb posts, so having these private zooms with Sharon to talk about what is actually happening for my family and to have a lovely, encouraging person like Sharon listen, take it all in, and then personalise suggestions or strategies has been a god send. If you’re thinking of giving it a go, just do it. She really knows her stuff!!

I have enjoyed parent mentoring and membership with The Functional Family for the past few months, and I cannot recommend these services highly enough. Sharon has an exceptional ability to hear what I am trying to express (even when the actual words are a convoluted stream-of-consciousness) and to think on her feet, so that by the end of every session I feel that my thoughts are more organised and I have a practical, tailored plan for moving forward. Her empathy and expertise have made a big difference for our whole family.

Hi Sharon, Just shooting a quick message. After our session today. I created some more sticky notes for each day of the week. I found a new stash of sticky notes and my daughter helped me choose colours for sticky notes. I’m hoping each time block will help the activities not get lost on the page. Second page use to be for school activities and our events and what’s for dinner. It’s a tweaking of a system that worked well first half of last year. And is a Two week rotation which works for both meal prepping and follows the school rhythm for my eldest still at school. I realised today it also fits for our fortnightly rubbish collection. Thanks for much for helping me tweak this to fit our new family rhythms. I think it’s for enough flexibility in it that the time blocks will continue to work during school holidays too. Thanks again 🤗

Practical advice from someone with real experience is invaluable. I've found the ADHD and Families course to be a great investment, packed with useful information and actionable steps. I've explored many resources, but this stands out. Sharon truly understands the challenges and is a fantastic source of encouragement. Thank you!

Thank you Sharon for being a safe space for my ADHD husband to share openly, as well as for all your awesome, practical tips! I know he has really enjoyed your 1:1 sessions and has benefited so much. Thank you also for the two sessions you did with me, they really helped me to better understand him and provided helpful strategies to help us as a family. We are so grateful for your care and wisdom along this journey. 💙💙
