Regulate Yourself First? Not With Three Kids Screaming — Real Tools for Real Parents

What’s In It For You?

Real Answers for Real Life

  • No More Fluffy Advice: We’re mums, too. We know what it’s like when everyone is melting down (including you). This isn’t about being zen on a mountain. It’s about what actually works in the middle of the madness.
  • Focus on the practical: If you feel like “I’ve tried everything” and your thinking “what do I do NOW?”. We will guide you with honesty and with a sense of humour.

Practical Tools You Can Use Immediately

  • In-the-Moment Strategies: Discover quick, actionable techniques to help you and your kids calm down—without needing a quiet room or a yoga mat.

  • Scripts and Phrases: Get ready-to-use words that de-escalate chaos and reconnect your family, even when everyone’s losing it.

  • Co-Regulation Tactics: Learn how to regulate together, repair after blow-ups, and build resilience as a team.

Empowering, Neuroaffirming Support

  • Strength-Based Approach: We focus on what’s right with your family—not just what’s hard. Leave with tools that build confidence in you and your kids.
  • Connection, Not Perfection: You’ll learn how to ditch the guilt, celebrate small wins, and create more calm (even if it’s just for five minutes).

Community and Validation

  • You’re Not Alone: Be with other mums who get it. Leave feeling seen, understood, and a little bit lighter.
  • Expertise with Heart: Sharon and Jane bring decades of lived and professional experience, plus a healthy dose of humour and honesty.

What You’ll Walk Away With

  • A toolkit of practical, realistic regulation strategies
  • Scripts for the toughest moments
  • Fresh perspective on ADHD parenting—without the guilt
  • A sense of community and hope (plus a few laughs!)

Who Is This For?

  • Mums of children with ADHD
  • Mums who have ADHD themselves (diagnosed or not)
  • Anyone who’s tired of advice that doesn’t work in real life

PLUS you get your question answered. Submit a question and Sharon and Jane will answer it live after the workshop (this will also be sent out in a separate recording).
