FREE LIVE 60-MINUTE SESSION

Three things you can change tomorrow, and the real reason nothing else has stuck.

A free, live session for parents of primary school aged kids with ADHD. Sixty minutes, a pen, and your actual week.

You have tried the charts, the timers, the apps, the books, the appointments. Some of it worked for about a fortnight. There is a reason for that, and it is not your effort.

You will leave with:

âś“ Three systems you can use tomorrow, all free, each under a minute. Most families feel the difference the same day.

âś“ What is going on underneath the hardest moments of your day, so it stops feeling like something you caused.

âś“ The one thing to change first, and why the other eleven get easier once it is in.

Pick one LIVE session below.

Can't make any of the three? Register anyway and I'll send you the replay.

Free. No credit card.

20 years. Over 40,000 families. And three boys with ADHD of my own.

FREE LIVE 60-MINUTE SESSION WITH SHARON COLLON

Three things you can change tomorrow, and the real reason nothing else has stuck.

A free, live session for parents of primary school aged kids with ADHD. Sixty minutes, a pen, and your actual week. Not a webinar you sit and watch.

You have tried the reward chart. The visual timer. The apps, the books, the appointments. Some of it worked for about a fortnight. There is a reason for that, and it is not your effort.

You will leave with:

âś“ Three systems you can use tomorrow, all free, each under a minute to set up. Most families feel the difference the same day.

âś“ Why the charts, timers and apps stopped holding, so you can stop buying the next one.

âś“ What is actually going on underneath the hardest moments of your day, so the behaviour stops feeling like something you caused.

âś“ The one thing to change first, and why the other eleven get easier once it is in place.

Why good strategies do not stick in ADHD homes

Every strategy you have been handed came to you on its own, stripped of the thing that was supposed to sit underneath it.

A visual timer assumes a child who already notices time passing. A reward chart assumes a child who can hold a goal in their head across four hours. A calm down corner assumes a child who can catch the feeling early enough to walk to it.

Nobody mentioned the assumptions. Nobody built them. So the strategy landed on ground that could not hold it, and within a fortnight it slid off.

You are running a neurodivergent family on neurotypical systems.

That is a fixable problem. It just has an order, and nobody has ever shown you the order.

One page. Your handwriting. We build it together live.

We build it live, together, in the session.

Map what actually happens in your house, and when. Not "mornings are hard." 7:40am, shoes. We map three rows together live.
Identify which skill needs support underneath each point of friction in your home. You will learn all six skills, and then you will use them on your own week.
Work out why strategies and systems did not hold. This is the column most parents have never filled in, and it is the one that changes how you see your whole house.

Map your week so it stops ambushing you. We write down what actually happens and when. Not “mornings are hard” but 7:40am, shoes. We map three rows together live, and you finish the rest at home the same night. Once you can see it laid out, it loses its power to blindside you.
Understand what is really going on underneath. You learn the six parts of the brain’s management system in plain language, then spot which one is missing under each friction point. The behaviour finally makes sense, and it stops feeling like something you caused.
Work out why the last twelve things did not hold, and leave knowing the one change to start with. This is the column most parents have never filled in, and it is the one that changes how you see your whole house.

No cost, no catch. Just bring a pen. We send the page the moment you register.

What your sixty minutes gives you

  • Three complete systems you can put in place tomorrow, all free, each under a minute to set up. I build them in front of you, start to finish.
  • Why the strategies you were handed were never going to hold, so you can stop blaming yourself for them sliding off.
  • The six parts of the brain’s management system, in plain language, in six minutes.
  • Your own Friction Map, built live, so you see your whole week on one page instead of carrying it in your head.
  • The one change to start with, and why the other eleven things get easier the moment it is in place.

You will need a pen and a printed page. We send it when you register.

This is for you if . . .

  • You are parenting a primary school aged child (or children) who has ADHD, or you suspect it, or you are waiting on assessment
  • You are tired of advice that assumes a brain your child does not have
  • You want something you can use tomorrow, not a reading list
  • You want your week to stop feeling like one thing going wrong after another.

This is a practical action taking session.

Hi there, I'm Sharon Collon!

I am Sharon Collon. I am an award winning, PCC credentialed ADHD coach and parenting consultant with 20 years in this work, and I have supported over 40,000 families.

I have three boys with ADHD. I have run every one of these mornings myself, including the ones where I got it wrong.

I live near the sea in Southern Sydney, and I build systems that work with the ADHD brain rather than against it.

"My young person is smiling again, and I am grateful to have crossed paths with Sharon."

Sylvia

"Have learnt so much and been able to implement so much of the content into our daily lives. This has made for less arguments and a much happier household."

Natalie

"It really was the best conversation I've had on the topic in 8 years of psychologists, paediatricians, OTs, and school learning support staff."
