Is The Functional Family a registered NDIS provider?
No, we are not a registered NDIS provider. However, you may still be able to claim the Program's fees via NDIS if you are self managed or fund managed. I have put information in the following questions on how best to do this!
What if I am self-managed?
If you have access to the NDIS and are self managed please purchase the program at https://www.thefunctionalfamily.com/join a receipt will automatically be sent which you can use to claim reimbursement. You should contact the NDIS before purchasing to confirm that reimbursement will be given depending on your funding. If you need a custom receipt contact us at [email protected] and we are more than happy to create this for you.

What if I am fund-managed?
If you are fund managed please complete the form below and we will send you a customised invoice. You can then send this invoice to your fund manager for payment directly to us.
Can I be re-imbursed instead?
Yes, absolutely. We find some funds require the client to pay, and then they will happily reimburse you.
I would clarify this within your plan first, and if so, we can send you a receipt as soon as payment has been received.
